At Vorteklabs, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will review your case to offer you an appropriate solution.
To expedite the process, we may ask you for photos or videos showing the condition of the received product.
For reasons of hygiene, use, or wear and tear, returns will not be accepted for products that have been improperly used or show damage caused after delivery.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing time may vary depending on the banking institution or payment service provider.
